Trash days are Monday.

Who is responsible for my grass and landscape?
Sunnygrove Landscaping services lots, owners are responsible for replacing any sod or landscaping that needs to be replaced. For questions assisting the condition of your sod, owners may put in a ticket for sod inspection for turf pests, and irrigation coverage. Sunnygrove does a monthly wet check confirming that irrigation on each lot is operational.

Where do I pick up my mail?
The mailbox kiosk is located in the Social Hall’s parking lot as you enter.

How do I make a change to the exterior of my home?
ARC applications are submitted online with required documentation for approval.

What are the fitness center hours?
The Fitness Center is open 24/7, entrance is through the side door near the pickleball court

Who do I speak to about warranty issues with my home?
Please contact your builder, they will be happy to assist you.

How many guests can I have at the Social Hall?
4 guests per home. Owners must accompany their guests at all the amenities.

Is there an overflow parking area?
No, the parking lot at the social hall is not considered overflow parking. We ask that owners utilize their driveway and garage. There is no overnight parking permitted on the street or at the social hall.

Who do I call for a broken pipe or irrigation leak?
Report any after-hours irrigation emergencies to the Property Manager, Cheryl Taylor at 407-391-1565

How do I replace my fob or car decal?
You can purchase replacement fobs or additional fobs at the clubhouse office. Please note, only checks or money orders are accepted at this time.
